DELIVERY & RETURNS
We are an online store so order & pay online and your goods will be dispatched with the courier.
Some of our suppliers are located internationally so stock can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Once it is received I will then dispatch your order.
Please note freight cost for larger items may vary from initial charge depending on the delivery area/city. Freight cost will be confirmed after the order is placed.
Your tracking number will be sent directly from us so please search your inbox/spam folder for tracking information.
Orders are dispatched once daily Monday - Friday , once payment has been received. Orders received after this time will be sent the following business day.
Standard delivery is contactless unless specified. If you would like a signature delivery service, please add a note to your order on the "Cart" page. Please note, if the courier cannot obtain a signature, they cannot leave the item. Failure to obtain a signature may cause a delay in delivery.
All items purchased from The Loaded Tea Bar are carefully packed with care and patience and are vigorously checked over before being shipped out.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your product please contact us within 3 days of receiving product.
