How do I return an item/Get a refund....
If you change your mind and no longer wanting within the first 3 days after receiving your products please send them back in the condition that you received them in. Any open packets WILL NOT be refunded but any closed products will be, as we can-not resell open products under the heath code policy.
What is your return policy?
You have 3 days from delivery to make a return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in the condition that the customer has explained it is, if it is in worse condition we will not replace or refund we shall simply send the item back to the customer or discard it at the request of the customer, including all packaging and tags, but we understand that things happen.
Certain items are non-returnable, such as the loaded tea drink bottles under the health code policy as once these have been used we cannot re-sell them. Also the Tau energy can-not be returned as quality control is out of my hands as i source this from another company, please inspect this product as soon as it arrives and any defects please contact us within 72 hours for us to re-evaluate the issue and make it right.
