- 1 serve (115ml) Skim milk (or any other milk of your choice)

Direction's

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl

2.Mix at slow speed until products are combined, scrape sides of bowl and mix medium speed for 6 minutes.

3. Pour into serving dishes

4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve
